Session Times

10.00 – 12 noon 12.30 – 2.30pm 3.00 – 5.00pm

At other times you will get an answering phone. Please leave your child’s full name, telephone number and the time your child attends. Many of you have similar names and this can cause confusion. Please do not get children to leave messages.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings the office is open to take any calls 8.00am – 12 noon. The office is not at the Centre as we do not want telephone calls disturbing the lessons.

You may wish to cancel one week’s lesson due to sudden illness, transport problems etc. Please advise the office as soon as possible even if it is 20 minutes before the start of your child’s lesson. We may be waiting for a cancellation to send another child in your place.

If this procedure is not strictly adopted you will be required to pay for the lesson missed the following week.

The Centre takes children from year 3 – year 7. (We also accept 7 year olds who can read).
